This home boasts 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds, private balconies, and en-suite bathrooms stocked with all your toiletry needs. After a long day, take a soak in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed on the 1st floor, a king-size bed and a queen bed on the 3rd floor, a twin over twin bunk bed attached to the master room on the 3rd floor, and two queen beds on the 2nd floor. This beautiful house can host up to 16 guests. The garage has been converted into an amazing cinema room to enjoy with friends and family.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The 5th and 6th bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8 and 10 guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube.

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a violation incurring a $500 fine. For security, there are two cameras installed outside the house, recording 24/7. The pool is not heated and pool lights are out of service. The fireplace in the master bedroom is not active and should not be used. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee, and any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
