It’s beautiful.” So you respond with, “First of all, I was driving around town and saw this charming corner house. Earlier in the day I had thought I could live in a house just like this. The big corner lot, the basketball court or outdoor dining area and look at the pool... can’t wait to jump right in. Then once I got inside I immediately imagined how the holidays will be incredible and the crown moldings and newer paint and fireplace in living room will be a perfect backdrop for my annual holiday photo. I can picture the decorations and all the detail and charm of the house being lit with candles. The rear yard is big enough for entertaining and I’m so glad there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And, you know what? ...Just under 1,650 square feet is a perfect size and I really like the permitted area that can be my office, gym or a playroom. I decided to call my agent as it appeared that the house was priced to sell, and I didn’t want this opportunity to pass me by!
Needless to say, I have been in bliss ever since and here I am entertaining you this evening. The bonus to all this is that this home is in a great district with Award-Winning Schools...Can’t wait to call it home!
