We offer a free parking spot, and house-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each extra guest.
Located in the College Park neighborhood of Richardson, Texas, this home is near the University of Texas at Dallas and the Telecom Corridor. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 4 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
