That is Oceanfront money without the huge weekly rental expenses and commission. You will see on the site plane TV TWR - I was going to put in a 40' aerial tower so that residents did not have to buy cable. Also, Silicone Travel said for $100 a month they would provide two internet services they would be adequate of the 14 bedrooms. These kind of amenities would go a long way to attract and keep the best tenants - The worker bees that need a break. You name it - basically if its legal in KDH - you can do it here. In associated docs there are a number of study plans to help you. If someone wishes to consult with an engineer I could email an Autocad drawing Version 2015 to aid them in their consulting review.
