The apartment has a no smoking and no parties policy, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
