Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
