As you enter through the main door, you will be swept into the open plan and very spacious living, kitchen, and dining space with seating at the table for a comfortable six and four additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Speaking of the kitchen, it's fully stocked with all modern appliances, granite and stone countertops, and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a third bedroom with two twin beds as well as an additional roll-out cot if ever needed. Next door is bedroom #2 with a king bed and twin day bed and a private half bath located inside this room. Just adjacent to these two bedrooms is a large hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed eight, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level.
