Located all on one level on the second floor, there are two private entrances to this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo. As you enter through the main door, you will be swept into the open plan and very spacious living, kitchen, and dining space with seating at the table for a comfortable six and four additional bar stools at the kitchen peninsula. Speaking of the kitchen, it's fully stocked with all modern appliances, granite and stone countertops, and plenty of space to store your provisions. There is a third bedroom with two twin beds as well as an additional roll-out cot if ever needed. Next door is bedroom #2 with a king bed and twin day bed and a private half bath located inside this room. Just adjacent to these two bedrooms is a large hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Located right off the living room is the huge Master Suite with a private en-suite bathroom with large shower and double vanities. The suite contains a king bed, nice-sized closet, and 40" flat screen TV and has ocean views from bed.

Between 12th and 13th Avenues South in Surfside, you are in a perfect position not only because you are right on the ocean, but because you can be at fabulous restaurants as well as shopping within 5-10 minutes.
Check-in is from 4:00-10:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed eight, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM as per city ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level.
