Excessive noise may lead to neighbor complaints or visits from local authorities, and a $1,000 violation fee may apply. Only guests and pets counted on the reservation are allowed on the property, and each unauthorized guest or pet may incur a $100 per person/pet per day/night fee. Visitors (non-overnight guests) are welcome with advance notice, subject to approval, and counted as half a guest toward the guest count. No food is allowed in the bedrooms. Smoking is only allowed outside the home, and all doors and windows must be closed to prevent the smell from getting inside. Please turn off the AC when leaving. Unauthorized late check-outs may be charged twice the nightly rate due to cleaning and scheduling disruptions.
