Two occupants per bedroom are allowed, and an occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3. If a parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant. One access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant. Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping), is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 fee will be charged. Maintenance follows a service route each day and cannot be scheduled, excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete. Technicians will not enter the property if there is a loose dog, so pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
