Alternatively, take the METRO subway to explore DC and beyond, which is only a short walk away at the Columbia Heights station on the Green and Yellow lines. Columbia Heights is a foodie destination, showcasing some of the best and most authentic restaurants and bars that D.C. has to offer.
Guests will have full private access to this lovely Columbia Heights 2-bedroom English basement apartment. Be courteous to the adjacent neighbors and tenants living around you at all times by keeping noise volumes to a reasonable level. From 10 PM to 8 AM, adhere to very strict quiet hours when noise is to be kept at an absolute minimum. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, or paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the apartment or in the building. Absolutely no parties or events.
