The spacious master bedroom features two comfortable queen-size beds for a relaxing stay. The flexible den offers a cozy and private space with another comfortable queen-size bed, perfect for extra guests. The welcoming living area includes a cozy sofa bed and a TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay, and a clean and modern bathroom stocked with starter supplies.
The two rooftop pools are for registered guests only. Parking requires displaying your parking permit at all times to avoid being towed, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300 per building policy.

Iconic attractions such as the National Mall, Arlington National Cemetery, and The Pentagon Memorial are just a short distance away. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking is not allowed indoors and may result in a $300 fine. Parties on the property are also prohibited and may incur a $300 fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. The damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided, although a laptop computer is not included.
