Nestled at Hubert Moss Lake, the home features a chef’s dream kitchen, elegant dining spaces, a cozy living room with soaring ceilings and a stone fireplace, and five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Outside, enjoy direct water access, a hot tub, a BBQ-ready patio, and a boat deck. Just a short drive away, you’ll find the world-renowned WinStar Casino across the Oklahoma border, along with several wineries, making this an ideal getaway for relaxation, entertainment, and unforgettable experiences.
Complimentary parking is available to guests. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Please notify us in advance to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for your use.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance, and we only allow house-trained pets. Pet cleaning fees will be applied. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Minimum age requirement for booking is 23 years old.
