I would consider owner financing with a significant down payment of $10,000 and $750/month for 60 months. This is a $24,289 note at 7% interest FOR EACH LOT. I WILL NOT finance my cash price. We drilled 2 water wells. Each well has been a 15 gpm producer. We have not had troubles finding water. Power poles are at the lot. This is a platted and approved subdivision and roads are built. There is little to no restriction, and a simple $75/year HOA fee for roadways.
