A non-refundable pet fee of $100 applies for accommodating one dog under 50 lbs, and guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in reservation cancellation. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, and evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee if not pre-approved. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations and potty trained.
