He said it is cable ready but that there is fiber to the house and it looks like MTA is offering 1Giga bit internet. WooHoo, right?!

This home is priced right! It is priced below the Muni tax assessment and is asking only $144 per square foot! That's very competitive to all other properties in Eagle River!

I'm told the cul de sac behind - in the middle of this complex - is not going to be built on. But is instead parking for the complex. (I have not verified this yet but if true, it means the views and sunshine are there to stay!).

Also, there's virtually no Glenn Hwy noise like so many other townhouses in Eagle River.

It is truly one of the great townhouses in all of Eagle River, I can tell you that! =)
