It features a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, quartz countertops, a cozy living room with a 55-inch Smart TV, high-speed internet, a beautiful bathroom with complimentary toiletries, tower fans, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a Smart TV.
Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay).
The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The Short North District is a 5-minute walk away, and Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market are less than 1 mile away. Downtown Columbus area and Nationwide Arena Stadium are a 4-minute drive (1.4 miles), and the Greater Columbus Convention Center is a 4-minute drive (1.3 miles). Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive, CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive, and Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are not allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. Vaping and medical marijuana are not allowed in the home. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 House Rules Violation fee. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the Extra Guests House Rules Violation fee. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
