Very unique opportunity, single home on 1.4 acres with an incredible view. Home needs some work and is being sold ‘as is’, but the bones and most of the cosmetics are good. In 2020 the house was rehabbed (due to insurance claim) with a new roof, new kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and stainless appliances, new flooring throughout the 1st floor, completely painted and new ceiling fans. The owners have a lot of stuff, there are pathways through the rooms and they are in the process of clearing out.
