Landlord elects to maintain the utilities for water/sewer/trash. Resident remains solely responsible for all costs of these utility services will be due with rent on the 1st no later than the 4th to avoid late fees. Application fee of $55.00 per applicant age 18 and over must be submitted at the time of application.
