One side of home has 3 bedrooms, with one having a private full bath, the other two bedrooms are connected by a jack-and-jill bath, and there is a wonderful play room/game room with a wall of cabinets that are wired for TV and video games etc. and a second wall of cabinets with a computer desk and upper cabinets for books. There is an entire wall of storage cabinets in the hall on that side of the home. A spacious living room with built-ins, a formal dining room with crystal chandelier and enormous professionally framed and hung mirror, and a very functional kitchen with lots of storage separate the guest (or children's) side of the home from the spacious and private master bedroom suite with attached office, master bath and closet to die for. The large laundry room with lots more storage, and a half bath near the door to the garage complete the living area. On the other side of the garage there is a spacious storage/workshop area with a roll-up door and some cabinets for working on. Every room in the house, except the kitchen and dining room have ceiling fans (2 in the living room and 2 in the master bedroom). The living and dining rooms have beautiful Brazilian hardwood floors, all wet areas have ceramic tile, and all four bedrooms and the office have carpet. In addition to all of that, there is an outside storage shed/workshop on concrete with a roll-up door as well as a traditional door. All exterior doors are keyed alike so that one key opens them all. There are solar panels on the roof in two locations that are not visible from the front of the house that provide security in bad weather as they will keep the house running without a generator for 36 to 48 hours. The owners actually sell electricity to Entergy. Their average monthly utility bill for this large all electric home is a meager $86.00 per month.
