All building materials stay, including oak and maple flooring (almost enough to finish upstairs sunroom), unused composting toilet with external tank, wiring, sinks etc. In the yard and lots, a darling one-car garage and a beautiful rain garden with seasonal butterfly and bird-attracting flowers, raspberry bushes, two established apple trees, concord grape vine and two small peach trees.
