There is plenty of living space a large room currently the dining room. A wood stove accents the living room area with sliding glass doors. Upstairs is a large bedroom and a 2nd walk-thru bedroom. Most Furnishings CAN STAY! The outside is just as nice! A fireplace to relax with plenty of privacy. And an aluminum row boat is included! This owner has the water on a UV and filter system so you don't have to be carrying in drinking water. Spectrum cable for TV and wifi. Access to the lake is just down the street on Thompson Road. This deeded lake access is shared with others in the neighborhood who have the same deeded rights. It is a slope down to a dock, There is no 'beach' area there is a lawn area. If you want to play on a beach you can enjoy the NYS Caroga Lake Campground beach! There is a sandy beach with life guard, BBQ grills, bath houses and a beautiful area to relax for the day. The campground has a boat launch and they also Rent boats! Nick Stoner Golf course is just up the road, miles of hiking trails along with skiing, snowmobiling and fishing year round! Also, going North there is Pine Lake beach, but they do charge admission per person. Come play in the Adirondacks, with our 4 seasons of outdoor pursuits in Caroga Lake. There is a newly created Caroga Bike trail, plenty of hiking trails close by, and close to bars and restaurants. Also, in the Summer on 4 nights we Rodeos! We also have concerts all summer via the Caroga Arts Center at "Sherman's". The town owns our challenging golf course! Come enjoy winter!!! Ski, ice fish, snowshoe, snowmobile! Royal Mt Ski area offers skiing in winter and Moto cross in the summer! Come make this cottage your Year Round Destination!! Bring your suitcase! Furnishings,bedding can all stay too! Move right in!
