A little more about Sea Cliffs. As private as its location is, it is still within easy walking distance of a small grocery, five restaurants, a creamery, a bakery, a liquor store, a convenience store/service station, and a bike rental. To the west and within easy driving distance are shopping, dining and entertaining at Sandestin's Grand Boulevard, Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Destin Commons. To the east along 30A, it is just three miles to Grayton Beach, the areas oldest beach community, and just five miles to both Seaside, the nationally-recognized New Urbanist village, and WaterColor, a newly-developed beach resort and residential community. Further along 30A to the east you pass through Seagrove Beach, WaterSound, the stunning white architecture of Alys Beach, and finally Rosemary Beach, yet another New Urbanist village, at 30A's easternmost point. They are all beautiful and their development has brought new energy and amenities to 30A, so much so you really don't need to venture far beyond. But none offer a better location, more privacy, or a better view of the Gulf of Mexico than Sea Cliffs #7.
