Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor with a Queen-sized bed, which is equipped with a Smart TV, bureau, and closet for storage.

Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor with a Full-sized bed, which is equipped with a Smart TV, bureau, and closet for storage.

Bedroom 3 is the Master Bedroom, and it is located on the second floor, with a King-sized bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and bureau for storage.

The Master Bath is located on the second floor and consists of a large walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks, and a toilet.

The 1st floor bathroom consists of a tub/shower combo, toilet, single sink, and closet for storage.

Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer combo with a water and ice dispenser, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and some small appliances. You can dine on stools at the peninsula island. The Kitchen is open to the Living Room.

Living Room:
The living room has an L-shaped sofa and is comfortably set up with a Smart TV and ottoman.

Laundry:
A separate Washer and Dryer are available for use and are located in the basement, which is an unfinished space that is used for owner’s storage, laundry, and utilities only.

Study Space:
A study space is located on the 2nd floor and consists of a counter-style desk with drawers and 2 chairs.

Backyard:
This house is situated on a large, unfenced, oversized lot.

Parking:
This house provides 5 non-blocked parking spaces in the driveway.
