On the first floor, there is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, which opens to a living room, as well as two bedrooms and a full bathroom, which is accessed via the hallway. The second floor has a master suite, which includes the 3rd bedroom, a walk-in closet, a separate study area and full bathroom.

Bedrooms/Baths:
Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor with a Queen-sized bed, which is equipped with a Smart TV, bureau, and closet for storage.

Bedroom 2 is located on the first floor with a Full-sized bed, which is equipped with a Smart TV, bureau, and closet for storage.

Bedroom 3 is the Master Bedroom, and it is located on the second floor, with a King-sized bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and bureau for storage.

The Master Bath is located on the second floor and consists of a large walk-in tiled shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks, and a toilet.
