If you like history and the original old homes of New Lenox you will love this one! The original house had the addition added around 1991 which then gave it a new kitchen, family room, eating space and even a new section of basement. 3 bedrooms all upstairs and a bath on each level. The basement has two access stairways. The present owner ran a business out of the house therefore there is a seperate outside entrance to the office. Perfect if you work from home and need to occasionally meet people in an office setting. However, if this space isn't needed for an office, it would make a fine main-floor bedroom with the bath nearby, exercise room or whatever your needs may be. As in many of the older homes, the closets are small but the house has loads of storage space and plenty of room for everything.
