(One drawer face needs mending) Large Stucco fireplace in the living room with gas heater. Air conditioner in the window. This is the second unit on the first floor with windows facing north. The interior of the building has been repainted and restored. Commercial carpeting and Pergo flooring at the front and back entrances. The Black balustrades have been restored as well as the original light fixtures throughout. On the second floor there is a collection of authentic Victorian furniture, buffets, tables, chairs, etc. with an original Kashan Persian Carpet. There are two small lobbies upstairs. On the third floor, there is a laundry room. (Original hexagonal tiles with a small bathroom) At the moment, the washer and dryer are free as a nice perk for the building.
