Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and there is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available for an extra charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night.

The apartment is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay and is fully furnished, featuring a kitchen equipped with pots, pans, glassware, and utensils. There is a $100 lock-out fee. If your stay extends beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee, and the exact amount will be communicated prior to confirmation of your reservation. Renovations are ongoing in the building to create historic Boston elegance, which may result in some noise. A 'Meet and Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions will be sent three days prior, containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
