The nearby mud room features access to a half bath, a laundry room as well as an outdoor kitchen with concrete counter, stainless steel sink, cedar cabinets and stainless steel PGS gas grill and two-burner gas cooktop. Upstairs is a bunk room with four built-in bunk beds and storage drawers as well as a private bath as well as an additional guest bedroom with French door access to the second-floor front porch with swinging bed and private bath. The second-floor master bedroom features access to the second-floor front porch as well, in addition to a separate sitting area, his and her walk-in closets with built-in shelves, hanging rods and drawers and a private bath. The master bath overlooks Pond Cypress and features a marble counter, 18-inch marble tile floor, a marble tile shower surround with 3-D step cube marble mosaic tile accent, a BubbleMassage bath and private water closet. The one-bedroom carriage house over a two-car garage and temperature-controlled storage room features a kitchenette with sink, dish washer, microwave and refrigerator, as well as a private bath, walk-in closet and access to a large screened porch. There is room to park two vehicles outside the garage in the rear of the home, plus an additional parking pad along the side of the home that can accommodate two to three vehicles. The furnishings were selected by Destin interior designer Leigh Wright and the home is offered fully-furnished. While it is not on a vacation rental program, rental projections are available.
