Step back in time to small town living at it's best. Hampton Falls is home to Applecrest Farms...a magical summer and fall tradition of apple picking and harvest festivals for families. The town common around the corner hosts summer drive-in concerts at the gazebo and farmer's markets & craft fairs throughout the year. Walk to the Post office or the hardware store or launch your boat at the town boat launch nearby. The historic Dodge House was built by a wealthy mill owner in 1812. One of the mills, Dodge Mill, built-in 1765, is still standing at 27 Kensington Road. John Greenleaf Whittier summered in Hampton Falls and wrote many of his poems while living down the road. Whittier Pond across the road from the house is named for the poet.
