What a nice place!!!! And, what a great location. The extra lot faces M46 just west of the river. Just a couple miles from 127 making your commute quick and easy if you need to hop on the expressway. This home is kept meticulously clean and I can't begin to express what a difference that makes to how well it shows. Everything is fresh and clean. The walls and ceilings are nicely painted, vinyl laminate flooring, and tile in the bathrooms. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom, livingroom, dining room and kitchen. The lower level has a bedroom, a family room that was at one time and could again be the fourth bedroom, a full bathroom and the laundry room that opens up to a cover and lighted outdoor patio area. Devon Drive is in the Westgate Subdivision It hosts a park where people have held family reunions and birthday parties.
