DONT STOP AT THE PICTURES-MUST SEE INSIDE AND LOOK DEEP AT WHAT IS HERE! This one will fool you; floors and walls are about as solid and level as you will find. Owner took down to studs and there is substantial insulation in sidewalls and ceiling. All floor joists were replaced or soldiered to existing joists. Home was substantially rewired in the 1980's. This is a very nice neighborhood and with some attention to the outside this home compliments the neighborhood very well. The kitchen and bath are modern and there is a main floor laundry. Bedrooms have nice sized closets for a home of this era. Pictures when tools and materials are out of the home, but I wouldn't wait, as somebody is going to recognize what is here. The garage is two car and accessed from the alley behind. The water heater needs to be replaced, the foundation has some cracks, and the roof is a little older, but seller is not aware of any current leakage (old stains showing in a couple places). Siding on home could be painted but garage siding probably ought to be covered with vinyl. Even if only a little bit handy this could be easily improved for owner or tenant occupied with a few dollars and a little effort. There is an enclosed front porch. Sells "as is". Stove and Refrigerator included "as is".
