For all development standards, including setbacks/separations, maximum height, parking, and so on, please refer to Municipal Code Sections: 9.18.090.020, 9.18.100, 9.18.110, and 9.18.140. For a lot that size, you would be allowed up to two (2) dwelling units on the property. Because the Municipal Code does not allow for new single family to built on the property, the minimum number of units permitted is also two (2).
