Hard to believe this clean and well kept home was built in 1998. It features large neutral tile and wood laminate flooring in all rooms except the bedrooms, which have carpet. The spacious kitchen has lots of granite countertop space, new stainless/black appliances and a ceramic tile backsplash. You don't have to give up a bedroom because there is a dedicated office/study with French doors. A expansive wooden deck on the back is great for entertaining and it over looks a nice level fenced backyard. Plus, there is a shed in the backyard which is perfect for your tools, bikes, etc. The roof was replaced in June 2021. Rainbird control panel replaced on sprinkler system. Two car garage door mechanics were replaced (springs and rollers). Doing laundry isn't so bad with such a big utility room. The Main Suite has TWO walk-in closets. Two of the secondary bedrooms have walk-in closets.
