The 300-year-old farmhouse features two decorator-furnished executive apartments, both with private entrance, in which pets are welcome: the Smokehouse unit and the Hearthside unit. We are currently accepting applications for the Hearthside apartment. We also are currently accepting applications starting Sept. 1 for the Treehouse Loft, which has a private bedroom, kitchen and bath but shares an entrance with the main farmhouse. We cannot accommodate pets in the Treehouse.

A picture, as they say, is worth a thousand words. You can quickly see why we love living at LilyField – and why you might, too! These restored and updated accommodations are value-priced and a welcome relief from cookie-cutter complexes and pricey corporate suites. NEW: Electric Vehicle charging station has just been installed in parking area!

This is ideal for executive relocation, internships, traveling nurses and other professionals, term-contract employees, job relocation, corporate housing needs, and students. Short term and year-to-year options are available.

LilyField is a working Pennsylvania farmstead nestled on a hillside overlooking a lake. It's a tranquil place where blue herons glide just above the water, and turtles sunbathe to a chorus of bullfrogs. The pastures are animated by chickens, ducks, goats, and our potbellied pig stretched out under the apple trees for her afternoon nap amid a glory of over 250 varieties of daylilies and other blossoms.

-- Deposit equivalent to first and final months' rent, plus one month security.
-- Regular cleaning service, biweekly or weekly. In the Smokehouse and Hearthside apartments, the fee is $95 per cleaning if you choose biweekly, or $75 if you choose weekly. Housekeeping is free in Treehouse and Meadowview.
-- Monthly fee per pet in Hearthside and Smokehouse apartments. No initial pet deposit. No pets alowed in the Treehouse or Meadowview houseshare spaces.
