Property management personnel will be present on the property, working on the land, and available for questions about the trail system. Water levels of the river may change due to environmental factors, affecting accessibility and appearance. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a $1000 fine, and pets discovered on the property will incur a $400 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fine. Smoking in the home will result in a $1000 fine plus smoke remediation costs. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
