The home is in a gated community, that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels, for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, Mexican, and much more. Cars are not necessary in this area, however, a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft. Most restaurants and the beach are walking distance.
