Harrington Heights is a (15) story, mixed-use high-rise featuring (270) units of low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) affordable and permanent supportive housing for those chronically or currently experiencing homelessness and individuals with developmental disabilities. The residential units will consist of (27) two-bedroom units, (22) one-bedroom units, and (224) studio units. This project will be restricted units with the following affordable programs: MHP, AHSC, IIG, City of San Diego, LIHTC, and SDHC, along with (115) project-based rental assistance vouchers.
