  • Remarks22: This is an estate sale. House has good bones but needs exterior work. Roof, furnace and water heater are believed to be newer. There is a very old a/c working now. Owner had a newer a/c sitting there but never got it hooked up so nobody knows the shape it's in for sure. I checked with the village of Ithaca and an outbuilding and horses (I also think cloved foot animals) would be allowed to be put on the property. The attic was blown out for a primary bedroom which will fit a king -sized bed. This loft area basically has 2 separate areas divided by the staircase and closet area. Take a FLASHLIGHT with you to see the external foundation walls better from the inside when you are down in the basement/utility area so that you can see they look solid. I believe the brick outside is just a facade.
