The building permits only monthly stays, necessitating an application for finalizing reservations. Each booking undergoes a review by the building management. Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM, with early/late options available upon inquiry. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required after 10:00 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations of the guest count policy incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels.
