The entire home has been professionally decorated and has an abundance of charm and a welcoming coastal feel. The exterior siding is vinyl shakes with vinyl trim and soffits and requires no painting. The oceanfront sliding glass doors and the north and south side windows in the great room are equipped with custom wood hurricane shutters as are the south facing and oceanfront windows on the ground floor. They are all easy to operate and all hinges are stainless steel and were installed in 2019. All exterior decking and handrails were replaced in 2019. The owner of this stunning home has limited the rentals and assiduously sustained the home. The stellar condition certainly reflects it. While the home has a septic permit for 4 bedrooms there is another very nice large room on the ground floor.
