This home is a duplex, each side has three bedrooms and a full living room and kitchen. This property can be booked as each individual unit or both properties booked together as a six-bedroom. There are separate entrances for each side of the duplex. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. The unit has a maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking in the unit as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The property association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
