Our two-bedroom house in Forestdale (a quaint neighborhood sandwiched between Drake and Beaverdale) is near two exits for I-235 for easy access to West Des Moines or just minutes to downtown on regular city streets.
If you are nice - and clean - and interested, please respond! Please include desired move-in date, desired length of rental, and general idea of your employment/circumstances.
Rates:
$1400/mo - $1400 deposit. (Neg. based on ability to help with lawn care/ snow removal.)

-Internet, garbage, and water included.
-$100/mo. of electricity included. (Any electric bill more than $100/mo will be the renters' responsibility.)
