Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and any additional guests must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. An attempt to tamper with or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in the reservation being canceled. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
