Other details:
- We have shared laundry in the basement near the private entrance.
- The basement has radiator heating.
- We are a family of six living on the main level and upstairs level of the house. We have four children ages 14, 11, 8, and 5 who make a normal amount of noise for children. The children rise around 7:00 am every day of the week. We will do our best to keep their activity on the low and quiet side in the morning in the interest of the tenant occupying the space beneath us but we can't guarantee we will be quiet all mornings.
We will likely be up and about and moving around the first floor of the house by 7:30 am every day. Our children go to bed around 8 pm. Please know that noise will be at a minimum from 7:30 pm onward most nights.
