Chi Alpha Women’s House

This is a house and studio apartment where faith and community come together. We have rooms available just blocks from the OSU campus. We offer a welcoming and caring atmosphere to grow spiritually. Plus, the location can’t get any better: near shops, restaurants, OSU's campus, and public transit.

The studio is great for either men or women who are also seeking to deepen their faith.

**Details:**
* Rent (main house shared room): $625 per month (with $125 upcharge for all utilities included - water, gas, electricity, internet, trash)
* Rent (main house private room): $1050 per month (with $125 upcharge for all utilities included - water, gas, electricity, internet, trash)
* Rent (studio apartment): $1300 per month (with $125 upcharge for the following utilities included - water, gas, internet, trash)
* $60 per month (contribution to joint food and weekly dinners) (main house)
* Deposit: $750 (shared), $1175 (private), $1425 (studio)
* 10 month leases ending June 30, 12 month leases ending August 31
* No smoking, alcohol, or drugs allowed
