We are currently looking for someone to rent this very secluded, quiet and beautiful 1 bedroom home which is tucked back into the north west corner of the property. It is a ground unit which makes it very accessible. The home features a full kitchen, 1 full bath, carpet tile, and vinyl flooring. The renter will have access to the coin laundry onsite which is just across from the house in the main property's storage building. The lawn is taken care of so not cutting grass. We encourage anyone to plant flowers and beautify their own unit, but the main grounds are cared for. This home is located on N Florida Avenue just North of Fletcher which is just off of Interstate 275. The home is on a well water. It is serviced each month with a very large filtration system.

Small pets allowed. All applicants still must go through the Pet Screening process to confirm the pets. All pets require Pet Liability Insurance (this is for the actions an animal may take on a person) is required to be in place prior to move in.

Tenants who live in our homes can pay rent, request service and review their statements online through their personal portal.

Resident Benefits package: Most properties in our portfolio include several benefits for example; HVAC filters delivered each month to the door (all you have to do is install them), renters insurance for the tenants on the lease.. Some owners include this in the rent, and other owners offer it for an additional fee. When reviewing and signing the lease it will be noted if the Resident Package is included. If it’s not included you may at your choice opt in for a nominal fee.

Tenants will pay an admin fee of $300 at the start of their lease which helps cover the cost of the lease drafting fee, move-in orientation and lock changing service.

The holding fee is one month’s rent, which takes the property off-market securing it once you are approved.
