The master walk in closet can handle the largest of wardrobes as it stretches 13’4” and 6’6” wide. The Master bedroom is a well sized 16’8” x 12’ and can accommodate large furniture. The hall bath also has a new vanity with solid surface counter tops, hardware and a new dual flush commode. The home was hardened by Rebuild NWF with replacement of the exterior doors and the garage door along with hurricane shutters providing safety & better insurance cost. In additional to having an almost new again home this home has two major benefits. First it is convenient to shopping the mall, the interstate and just minutes from most of Pensacola. It is very centrally located. The other benefit is the vaulted ceilings combined with amount of space in the great room and kitchen. It allow a family that needs four bedrooms to still not feel cramped. The large back yard is fenced for children and pets to safely enjoy. A refreshing alternative to the beige world that is every other house.
