Available for 6-month or annual lease (no taxes, tenant pays electric). Fees include $350 exit cleaning fee. Pet fee if applicable of $300. Booking Fee of $150. Esplanade charges an application fee of $100 and $250 per person for membership transfer. If the application is turned in less than 14-day prior to check-in, Esplanade charges a $500 rush fee.
