The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the balcony and an en suite bathroom. There are four ceiling fans and two six-panel doors. All the floor coverings have been replaced except the bath room tile. A dozen water valves have been replaced including the main shutoff valve. The A/C system was replaced in 2017 and all the windows were replaced with hurricane impact, double-pain windows in 2018.

The monthly HOA fee ($384) covers Pool, Spa, Insurance, Water, Trash, Cable, Exterior Building and Landscape Maintenance and Driveway and Parking Paving.
