All utilities are included in our rent so you shouldn't expect to pay anything additional except when you choose to take out renter's insurance, which we don't require but highly recommend.
In general, all our apartments were renovated from down to the studs during Covid and are completely up to date. All have new bathrooms with a full size shower, a nice vanity and automatic lights and fan. Our kitchens are new too and feature a microwave with builtin hood, and an induction stove top. Heating and cooling is efficiently done with a wall-mounted mini split AC unit. Further, all apartments come with a TV and a fridge/freezer.
