There are 8 overflow closets in the house. Also, cabinet pantry in kitchen and overflow in the hall. New ROOF in 2019, New A/C in 2022. New STOVE, MICROWAVE and DISHWASHER in 2023. Stove and water heater are gas. Lake is larger than it looks as it goes around to the right and is larger around there. The lanai with windows all around it overlooks Lake Haverhill and the large fenced in back yard. Fence was to keep children from water. Lot is 1⁄2 acre+ and is wider than the fence and goes down to the water. There is an older dock but sellers have not used the dock and don’t guarantee the condition.
